At Elite Concepts, we always strive to design our homes with the utmost precision and integrity that we would want in our own homes. Although we have been designing homes for over 15 years, we will always ask how we can improve our plans from sub-contracting professionals in the home building industry. To us, it doesn't matter if you have over 40 years experience, if critical questions are not asked and addressed, then those years are not of any value.
We, and others, feel that our plans are far superior to our local competitors. We always include in our plans: Rafter Layouts with lengths, Interior Elevations, 3-D Exterior Views, Cross Section Details that actually pertain to the home that is being constructed and much more. Also, we design our homes with actual wall thickness, ie: 3 1/2", 5 1/2" etc. We feel that actual wall thickness and stud to stud measuring is more accurate and eliminates 'guess work' up to the framers, as to using 4", 6" etc. and center-line dimensioning.
