A Recent Project
The following home is a complete fire restoration project. The original home sits on a beautiful 5 acre tract of land with ponds, plenty of wildlife and was built in the 50's. The yellow images are the footings that I measured on site for the client. My challenge was to design a home from the existing footings to lower cost for the new build, Engineer's approval was released for this new structure to be placed on the existing concrete. I wrote their wishes on the left side of the yellow sheet of measurements and began to design their new home.
